AIL Securities Limited (“AILSEC” or the (company) was incorporated on the 5th of September, 1994 and commenced operations business in 1998. AIL SEC is a member of the Afribank Group and is managed by Afribank International Limited (Merchant Bankers).
The Company is registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) as portfolio manager, investment adviser and broker dealer. AILSEC is also a dealing member of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (“NSE”).
The Company is located at No. 94 Broad Street, Lagos, with representative offices at Port Harcourt, Kaduna and Abuja.
AILSEC offers stockbroking and related services to complement the activities of Afribank Nigeria Plc and other Subsidiaries.
The Company has witnessed substantial improvement over the years with growth recorded in all performance indicators.
